Meet our Staff

Andrea Baker

PT, ATC, AT/L

Andrea is the owner and founder of Dynamic Bracing & Physical Therapy, Inc. She graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and won the Faculty Recognition Award from Eastern Washington University in 1994. She is skilled in Fascial Counterstrain and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Her highest priority is making her patients better. She combines advanced treatment techniques with patient education, and is sought out for her ability to handle complex and chronic cases where other treatment methods have failed.

Andrea feels the profession of physical therapy requires lifetime learning and supports the entire physical therapy team in regularly attending continuing education courses.

Andrea is a Spokane native and mother of two. She is an active parent who volunteers at Garfield Elementary and North Central High School. She is passionate about healthy living and spends as much time as possible enjoying nature and the outdoors playing sports, gardening, camping, and hiking in the woods. She enjoys cooking with organic foods and educating people about the benefits of essential oils.

Jesse Dunn

DPT, CSCS

Jesse graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2017 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to graduate school, she graduated North Dakota State University with a degree in both Exercise Science and Psychology. Jesse has been a certified personal trainer since 2007 and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2010.
She enjoys working with all types of patients, especially helping athletes of all ages return to optimal performance. She uses a combined approach of manual therapy and exercise to help patients return to the activities they love. When she’s not working, Jesse enjoys biking, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
“I have been an injured athlete, trying to stretch, exercise, and tape myself out of an injury without success. That’s where manual therapy comes into play. I have been practicing fascial counterstrain for over a year now and notice more benefits with this technique than any other. Some things you can’t do yourself, and that’s when coming in for manual therapy can help you.”

Meghan Faulkenberry

DPT

A Spokane native, Meghan graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2013 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and, before joining the team at Dynamic Bracing, worked for 6 years in skilled nursing. She started specializing in Fascial Counterstrain after she stopped racing triathlon professionally in 2019. Because of her background in intense athletic training and pursuits, Meghan embraces the opportunity to combine her educational background in skilled therapy with her passion for exercise and sport.

Meghan uses Fascial Counterstrain, along with other manual therapies, to help her clients obtain correct structural alignment, decrease pain, and improve mobility. Once achieved, she uses specific exercises, cues, and techniques to help her clients improve body awareness, gain strength and mobility, and ultimately return to activities of recreation, sport, and competition.

Outside of the clinic, Meghan continues to coach and mentor clients in triathlon, running, and nutrition for endurance sport and everyday healthy lifestyle. Her love for the outdoors, her animals, and her health inspire her to spend time showing and training her dogs and llamas, backpacking, running, cycling, and maintaining a yard and garden on 5 acres just outside of Spokane.

We would love to hear from you!
